If you go to your ad account and see something similar to the picture above. It’s best to stop trying to appeal and find a new account instead. However, it is still annoying if we do not know the cause. And below are some of the common reasons why your account is locked.

Unusual payment

In the past, advertisers often used anonymous payment methods such as anonymous payment cards to add to ad accounts. Then spend up to the threshold and don’t pay (flash). This behavior has cost Facebook a lot of money, so Facebook has changed the payment mechanism upfront for new accounts opened later. Admins with “bad” history

An ad account can have multiple administrators. If this administrator has a history of not outperforming other accounts, there is a risk that this account may also be implicated. Therefore, it is better to let a new “clean” account hold the account.

Using fake or illegitimate information

The account holding the ad account must be verified. If Facebook detects that you are using fake credentials to verify your identity. Your account will soon be locked. • Disconnect ad accounts with suspicious accounts.
• Use unique information that has never been used in another account.
• Use a new payment card and have a full balance.

Build a stable ad account

To build a stable ad account, follow these steps:

Prepare at least 3 accounts as follows:

• Use a clean and quality account (tk1) as an admin account. This account does nothing but hold the account.
• Use a clean and quality account like tk1 (tk2) as a payment account, and make friends with tk1.
• Use a clean account (tk3) to be an advertiser. Do not make friends with any of the above accounts.

Construction steps

• Step 1: Use tk1 to set up BM.
• Step 2: Add tk2 to BM.
• Step 3: Use tk2 to create an ad account on BM and add a payment card. Each tk2 should only hold 1 ad tk. Each BM should hold a maximum of 3 ad accounts.
• Step 4: Add tk3 to the page with editor rights.
• Step 5: Using tk1 add tk3 to BM with advertiser rights.
• Step 6: Make campaigns and ad groups (no ads).
• Step 7: Create a post on the site (make sure it doesn’t violate the policy).
• Step 8: Set ads for page posts with the created campaign. Running budget from 100-200k/day (running about 4-7 days).
• Step 9: Create your ad campaigns and steadily increase your budget. (300 => 500 => 1 million,…./camp).
